Taylor Parker has been part of the Esch Landscaping team since October 2019. In her role as Operations Assistant, she helps coordinate scheduling between clients and crews, keeping projects organized and on track. Taylor also assists with bidding maintenance work, ensuring each proposal reflects the company’s commitment to quality and care.

Known for her friendly attitude and attention to detail, Taylor enjoys working closely with both clients and coworkers to make every project run smoothly. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and recently welcomed a baby girl in April 2025.
